90 min Massage / Bodywork

Service Description

This therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning. Light to firm pressure is used to release tension, relax muscles, aid in blood circulation, and increase lymphatic flow, imparting a sense of calm. During a 90min session there is more time to work on problem areas, while leaving enough space to integrate a full body massage.
